From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone is welcome! Our approach fosters confidence, independence, and empowerment, respecting each individual’s journey with personalized care.

During your first visit, our coaches are here to answer all your questions about our neurodivergent fitness program. We’ll take time to understand your goals, preferences, and specific needs to ensure a customized approach. If you’re up for it, we may even try a few fun exercises together to give you a taste of the program!

Our programs combine physical fitness with emotional support to build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. We create a positive environment where athletes feel encouraged, supported, and safe. Many of our athletes discover that as their fitness improves, so does their focus, mood, and overall well-being. They also gain independence and social skills that benefit them in daily life.

Our coaches receive specialized training in adaptive fitness and neurodivergent needs. They bring compassion, patience, and expertise to each session, creating an experience where every athlete feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Yes! We offer both one-on-one and small-group training options. Our coaches are highly skilled at working with neurodivergent athletes, and clients are welcome to request a coach of a preferred gender if that’s important to them.

We incorporate a variety of adaptive activities to keep sessions engaging and effective. From strength training with sleds, ropes, and sandbags to flexibility and cardio workouts, each activity is designed to improve coordination, resilience, and focus. Every athlete works toward their own goals, and we’re here to support them every step of the way.

For optimal results, we suggest attending sessions one to three times a week, depending on the athlete’s goals. Our scheduling is flexible! We’ll work with you to find a routine that best supports your family’s needs and preferences.

Getting started is easy-just book a free intro through our website. We’re approved vendors with Alta Regional Center and several charter schools, and private pay options are also available for added convenience.
